Renaissance road

We just came back for a bike trip organized by Controvento. Andrea did an amazing job planning every detail, from bike routes, guided hikes for non-riders, visits to beautiful towns, meals, breaks, and was very accommodating, helpful and flexible. 100% recommended.

It is not just about the bike. The bike is the rider's connection to all the Italy has to offer - its rich history, great food and great culture. I would recommend Controvento to anyone looking for a unique riding experience.

Perfect Trio Tour

What an epic hiking experience! Andrea carefully planned an itinerary that showcased the best hikes in the region, with knowledgeable local guides, excellent hotels, and visits to farm-to-table restaurants. I especially appreciated the spa experiences, both at the Bormio thermal baths.

Mamma Mia Tour

The trip was a great success: professional organization, effective communication (the interactive PDF and the use of WhatsApp were excellent ideas), and genuine care for the participants. The cycling experience was outstanding, while the hiking component could be improved with more targeted planning suited to different ability levels. Overall, it was a memorable, connection-filled experience—definitely worth repeating!

Dust In The Wind

The highlight for me was Giro day, and the way you and Livio organized it. I loved the historic villa style hotel,the views and the atmosphere of old Italy were truly five star. Each evening, our meals were accompanied by a bottle of excellent wine and limoncello; and each morning began with a hearty breakfast before setting out on the bike.

You gave us the cycling and personal experience of a lifetime. Stunning! Stunning! Stunning!!
